2- What is the cost of shipping?
90% of the products already include free delivery by Priority Mail.
3- What address should I use?
You must use a postal address approved by the Federal Postal Service.

4 - How much does re-shipping cost?
Regular price of the box used for shipping
Example of how many boxes each product needs:
5K Business Cards = 1 large box,
5K Postcards 4x6 = 2 large boxes,
5K Postcards 4x9 = 3 large boxes,
5K Postcards 4x12 = 4 large boxes,
5k Trifold Brochures = 4 large boxes.
5- How do I know if my order was shipped?
You will receive an email, letting you know that your order was shipped and the tracking number(s).
6- How do I track my order?
Once you receive the tracking number, you can visit es.usps.com where you will see the path of your package.
7- What do I do if I do not have the tracking number or I lose it?
You must contact shipping@simbad.com and a representative will respond with the requested information.
8- Does the entire order arrive on the same day?
No, many orders are sent in several boxes and the post office could deliver some first and the others in the following days. Other orders have different products (with different production times) and are sent on different dates.
9- I received the shipping notification and have not received the order. What do I do?
It is important that you track your order, check the production times of your product(s). Once you receive the tracking number, it should take 2 to 3 business days for you to receive your order. If not, you should print the tracking sheet with the status of your package(s) and contact or go personally to your corresponding postal office to avoid your box(es) being returned.
10- Can I insure my order?
Yes, for an additional cost we can include "Signature" or insurance for the shipment of your order, and in case of any loss you can claim it from the postal office.
11- What happens if my order has multiple products or combos and some of them have problems?
If there is one or more orders within an order with multiple products or combos that have problems, the orders that do not have problems will be sent as usual so as not to delay the delivery of the products in good condition. Once the problems have been resolved, the retained products will be sent.
